**Terms and Agreement for Personal One-to-One Coaching with Mindy**

By engaging in personal coaching services with Mindy, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. **No Refunds:** The client understands and acknowledges that due to the personalized nature of the coaching services provided, no refunds will be issued once payment has been made.

2. **Recording and Storage of Calls:** The client agrees that coaching sessions may be recorded for the purpose of reference and improvement. These recordings will be stored securely and made accessible only to the client and Mindy for review and reflection.

3. **Confidentiality:** Personal Coaching Calls with Mindy are private and confidential. The client understands that any information shared during coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without explicit consent from the client, except as required by law.

4. **No Guarantees:** The client acknowledges that while Mindy will provide guidance and support during coaching sessions, there are no guarantees or promises regarding the client's actions or progress. The client is solely responsible for their own decisions and actions taken based on the advice and guidance provided by Mindy.

5. **Rescheduling and Cancellation:** The client agrees to provide at least 24 hours' notice in the event of a need to reschedule or cancel a coaching session. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the session without refund.

6. **Payment:** The client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fee for each coaching session prior to the scheduled session. Payment is to be made via the designated payment method agreed upon between the client and Mindy.

7. **Scope of Services:** The client understands that coaching sessions with Mindy are designed to provide support, guidance, and motivation for personal growth and development. These sessions are not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or medical advice.

8. **Termination of Services:** Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time with written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, any unused coaching sessions will be forfeited without a refund.

By engaging in coaching services with Mindy, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
