2) When you give feedback, please remember to be CLEAR and KIND in what you have to say. Give thoughtful feedback that is CONSTRUCTIVE in the process of helping another succeed, change, or improve their work. Remember if you have nothing nice to say maybe don't say it at all.
3) Please only post G-rated material. Offensive, controversial, hate, or bigotry, bullying, type content will be removed, as well as the removal of members who posted it in the community.
